Latanya (Tanya) Morgan is a Philadelphia based actor, writer, director, certified trauma informed teaching artist, improv performer, acting and improv coach, applied improv corporate trainer and owner/operator of Sawubona Creativity Project(<a href="https://sawubonacreativityproject.org/)." rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">sawubonacreativityproject.org/).</a> Tanya has been acting on stage, in films and commercials for over 20 years. She spent time as a writer and performer on one of the most popular Philly sketch teams, The Rhubarbs. Tanya performs improv comedy monthly with indie improv teams: Daddy Issues, The NCrowd, NYTEShift, No Diggity and Not Yet Rated.

The William Jeanes Library’s Youth Advisory Board is a group of teens in grades 6-12 who create, plan, and host events at the library. They also participate in community service projects and help advise the library on a number of teen-related topics. Each month they have anywhere from 1-3 events, including, teen, children, and family programs.
No invitation is required to become a member of the YAB, just drop in and see what it’s all about!
Monthly meetings are held on the first Friday of the month (unless it falls on a holiday).
