Cold Point Village, the upscale townhome development at the corner of Plymouth Road and Butler Pike, is scheduled for a grand opening Wednesday from 4-6 p.m.
According to the event's Facebook page, builder Sal Paone will welcome the public join for hors d'oeuvres and a selection of wines from Karamoor Estate Winery.
A posting on More than the Curve.com says that the village offers two style homes, Waverly and Beach, which both will start in the low $400k's.
"During the Grand Opening you will have the opportunity to tour two fully decorated model units," the posting says.
