Coldwell Banker Preferred Ranks Among Best Real Estate Associates in Pa., Del.
Pennsylvania and Delaware Lists from 2016 REAL Trends America's Best Includes Affiliates from Coldwell Banker Preferred
David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, is proud to announce that several sales associates affiliated with the company have been named on the 2016 list of REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Agents in Pennsylvania and Delaware. The list ranks the most productive agents by state based on closed sales volume and closed transactions sides in 2015.

To be considered, individual agents had to close more than 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume for 2015, and sales teams had to close more than 75 transaction sides or $30 million in sales volume for 2015.
