Colonial School District Round Up At GIANT To Help Hungry Colonial Children

From January 1 through February 28, 2021, GIANT customers will be invited to “Round Up at the Register” to contribute to the fund. The GIANT Company will also include CHOICE Rewards points that are converted to grocery dollars.
“The Colonial School District Food Services Department is excited to be partnering with The GIANT Company in the fight against childhood hunger,” said Lori McCoy, Food Services Director.

The GIANT Company will match up to $1 million donated via Round Up and an additional $500,000 for CHOICE Rewards converted to grocery dollars across the country. Colonial’s share will be allocated to pay off meal debt for needy students starting in the fall, as well as to expand access to meals.
