Students and parents/guardians must be prepared to wait for 15 minutes after vaccine administration to make sure there are no adverse reactions to the shot. Seating will be available in the bleachers.
Students must bring a form of identification with them to the appointment.
Since the Pfizer vaccine is being administered, there are two doses required. The second dose will be administered on Monday, May 24, between 4 and 8 p.m. in the West gym of the high school, and you will make your appointment for the second dose at the same time you register for the first dose.
There is no charge for the vaccine.
The clinic is being offered only for students enrolled at PW who are 16 and over.
Masks and social distancing are required during this event.
Vaccines will be delivered by Eric's RX Shoppe staff members or a volunteer health care professional from our community who is licensed to give immunizations.
If you have an eligible child and cannot make the May 3 & 24 dates, please know we are also partnering with Small Town Pharmacy to get students vaccinated. Click here for a flyer for information about how to schedule your appointment at the pharmacy, which is located at 80 W. Germantown Pike in Norristown.
