A Country-Kickin' Time Planned at Elmwood Park Zoo
The Norristown zoo will celebrate Friday with a country-themed party.
Elmwood Park Zoo in Norristown will hold its Country Fest from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22.
The party will features food and drinks, as well as a mechanical bull and dancing. The petting barns will be open, the zoo says. Matt Spitkowill provided live music, and 92.5 FM’s Andie Summers will broadcast live from the party.
Tickets are $9 for adults, $7 for children and $5 for zoo members. Food, drinks and giraffe feedings will be extra, the zoo says.
