Beginner Yoga with Kim

Gentle to Moderate. Through an eclectic mixture of physical posture, breath, sound and concentration, you will cleanse, strengthen, stretch, relax, heal and re-energize. Yoga helps to increase strength and flexiibility and improce posture and balance. The class ends with deep relaxation. Please bring a sticky mat, water, and blanket. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
