Instruction to pass the classroom test is being offered along with behind-the wheel lessons.
Students do not have to be 16 years of age or have a learner’s permit to enroll in the 30 hour classroom course.
A license or learner’s permit is required for behind-the-wheel instruction. The Pennsylvania Drivers Licensing Road Test is given to full-time students who have completed the classroom and behind-the-wheel and have not graduated from high school.
