Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety
of exercised designed to increase muscular
strength, range of movement & activities for daily
living. Hand–held weights, elastic tubing with
handles, a SilverSneakers ball are offered for
resistance & a chair for seated and/or support.
5-week session: Sign up for your favorite class in advance.classes may be cancelled due to low
enrollment!!! A minimum number of participants is needed for a class to he held the session. The
minimum number can change depending on the number of residents and non-residents enrolled.
We will run the first class of each session to try to reach at least our minimum for the class. We recommend
that you register days before the first class. If the class is cancelled we will contact the participants
enrolled for that session.
Walk-in: Great if you would like to try a class for the first time or can’t commit to a 5-week session.
