GA Sports: Track Teams Break School Records at CB West Relays
Two distance relay records were broken.

When members of the Germantown Academy boys and girls track teams went to bed Friday night, many of them had just ditched their tuxedos and dresses following prom. But only a few hours later, they were in full uniform in Doylestown, primed for a successful day at the Central Bucks West Relays.
The boys' 4x1600 meter relay team of Max Huang-Hobbs, Sam Ritz, Nick Meloro and Ben Ritz performed particularly well, taking home second place with a time of 18:28. The mark set a new Germantown Academy record by over 30 seconds.
The top performers on the girls' side was the Distance Medley Relay team, whose 13:02 mark shattered the previous school record of 13:15, set in 1999. Bridie Lawlor, Anna Hallahan, Kerry Lawlor and Maddie Stambaugh ran the event for Germantown Academy.
The Patriots turn their attention to the prestigious Penn Relays this week, when the 4x100 and 4x400 relay teams and sophomore high jump standout Megan McCloskey will compete.
