Hogs & Honeys Spring Fling 2017
The biggest and best event to date for local volunteer based organization that supports the disadvantaged children of Montgomery County.
On Saturday March 25th, 2017, The Hogs and Honeys Foundation for Kids held the 13th Annual Spring Fling Fundraiser to benefit the disadvantaged and abused children of Montgomery County. Twelve hundred guests attended the event to show their support for the underserved children of our community and to enjoy the Best of MontCo event. They danced the night away to fantastic music by The James Vincent Band, sampled a huge assortment of food from over 50 vendors, and took chances on 285 auction baskets.
Heartfelt thanks to our Sponsors, to the food vendors that generously donated their time, talent and delicious food samplings, to the volunteers that selflessly donate their time and to the Valley Forge Casino for their dedicated support of our mission.
According to Hogs President, Sheldon Simpson, “Every year it just keeps getting bigger and better. Everything that we do is with one goal in mind. Make the lives of children in need in Montgomery County better. The funds raised tonight will do just that. We are so grateful for everyone that helped make this event so successful and can’t wait to see what next year has in store.”
The funds raised from this event will benefit local children's charities as well as support children in need directly through The Foundation’s new grant program.
