Inc. Mag Names 3 Plymouth Meeting Companies on 'Fastest Growing' List

'Accolade' comes in at number 33 nationwide

Inc. magazine has released its annual list of the "500 and 5,000 fastest-growing companies" in the nation. Using data such as three-year growth in revenue and employees, the list compiles the fastest growing businesses in all industries across the U.S.

Plymouth Meeting is well represented on the list, with three companies being named in the top 310.

Accolade, a corporate healthcare provider headquartered at 600 West Germantown Pike, came in at number 33 overall. According to Inc. data, the company has seen 5,866 percent growth in three years, and now employees 153 people with annual revenues of $17.9 million.

The FlexPro Group, a pharmaceutical supply chain consulting firm, came in at 104 on the list. The company employees 28 people, and its 2,958 percent 3-year growth rate has helped it reach $3.7 million in annual revenues. In addition, FlexPro founders and twin sisters Rose Cook and Lynn Faughey were named to the top 11 female CEOs amongst the 500 companies.

"Utilizing their past consulting and corporate experiences and capitalizing on business relationships made over the years, sisters Rose Cook and Lynn Faughey launched The FlexPro Group in 2008," Inc. writes. "Since then the identical twin sisters have brought 30 consultants on board and both siblings have learned to better delegate tasks."

New Penn Financial, a mortgage consulting and lending firm headquartered at 4000 Chemical Road, rounds out Plymouth Meeting's representation at 310. According to Inc. data, the company has 512 employees spread out across its national offices, and has seen 1,200 percent growth in the past three years. New Penn Financial now boasts annual revenues of $47.6 million.
