Kristen Bowers of Conshohocken Joins TD Bank as Relationship Manager in Commercial Real Estate

PHILADELPHIA – TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®, has named Kristen E. Bowers as Relationship Manager in Commercial Real Estate in Philadelphia. An Assistant Vice President, she is responsible for deal structuring, underwriting, negotiations, legal documentation, portfolio management and property analysis, serving clients throughout the region.

Bowers has a total of 10 years of experience in real estate and commercial real estate banking. Prior to joining TD Bank, she served as a Credit Analyst in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Wells Fargo in Philadelphia.

A Conshohocken resident, Bowers received an MBA in 2011 from Villanova University and an undergraduate degree in 2004 from the University of Delaware.
