WHITEMARSH, PA — U.S. Marshals captured a fugitive Tuesday wanted for a drunk driving crash that left a woman and her unborn child dead in Montgomery County. Jabrial Terry, 27, was brought in by Marshals on the 7300 block of Sommers Road in Philadelphia. The crash occurred back on May 4 in Whitemarsh Township.Terry was charged with vehicular homicide while under the influence after the fatal crash. Terry will be transported to Montgomery County Correctional Facility where he will await a preliminary hearing.
