Man Gets Jail For Breaking Into Plymouth Twp. Home To Steal Cocaine: Report

A woman was about to get in the shower when she heard a noise. She turned around and a man with a beard was standing there staring at her.

A Blue Bell man will spend 11.5 to 23 months in prison for breaking into a Plymouth Township home in an attempt to steal drugs, according to a Times Herald report.

Zachary Gardner, 29, of Norristown Road, broke into an Allandale Road home in Plymouth on November 15, 2014 just before 2 a.m., the report states.

He fled the scene but witnesses reported his license plate from earlier, and he was promptly captured, the report states.

He told police that he wanted to break into the woman’s house to steal cocaine, according to the report.
