401’s added new entrees grilled pork chop, served with broccoli and a balsamic glaze; campy scampi, prepared with the diner’s choice of shrimp or chicken in white wine, lemon, garlic and capers over whole grain linguini; and paella—a tasty combination of Cuban chorizo, chicken and shrimp slow-cooked with brown rice, peppers, onions and saffron in an individual traditional paella pan.
