Meet Plymouth Township's Newest K-9 Officer

Welcome, K-9 Eros!

PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, PA — The Plymouth Township Police Department has a new officer committed to serving and protecting the people: K-9 Eros.

K-9 Eros is a 17-month-old German Shepherd. He is a native of Slovakia, and he immigrated to the United States for work.

Eros has been trained thoroughly in patrolling and in drug detection, Plymouth police said.

Officer Scott Severson is partnering with Eros. Together, the pair have already completed their Basic Handler training at Penn Veterinary School in Philadelphia.
