To achieve Commercial Agent status, Morehart successfully completed more than 50 educational hours and will attend monthly advanced educational seminars and webinars. Sales associates who complete this educational program have been extensively educated in commercial sales, leases, exchanges, buyer and tenant representation, negotiations and financial analysis investments.
