Old City Office of Coldwell Banker Preferred Receives National Recognition
NRT LLC Recognizes Old City Office in Philadelphia as No. 1 in Pennsylvania
David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, announced at a recent companywide award event that the Old City office, under the leadership of Chris Mattioli as the branch vice president, was recognized by NRT LLC as the No. 1 office in the state of Pennsylvania. NRT is the parent company of Coldwell Banker with nearly 800 offices nationwide.
In addition, the office was cited by NRT as the No. 2 office nationwide for total units sold in an office with 50-100 sales associates and the No. 2 office in settlement services for unit performance. Nationally, the office also ranks fourth for mortgage services in units and sixth for mortgage services in volume.

The Old City office is comprised of 100 sales associates who represent buyers and sellers in one of the nation’s oldest neighborhoods of downtown Philadelphia. The affiliated associates in this full-service office work closely with buyers, sellers and developers and specialize in promoting new construction developments, condominiums and historic residences.
