Brandywine Realty Trust is planning an $18.8 million rehabilitation of an office building in Plymouth Meeting, the Philadelphia Business Journal reports.
The building, listed as 154,392 sq. ft. on Brandywine's website, is located at 660 West Germantown Pike. According to the Journal, Brandywine purchased the property for $9.1 million earlier this year from IMS Health, which moved its offices from the building.
Brandywine plans to renovate the 30-year-old building's lobby, systems, chillers, and roof, and also create a cafeteria, the Journal wrote. According to the Brandywine website, there are currently 64,514 square feet of office space available in the building, with units ranging in size from 1,297 to 29,778 sq. ft.
