PLYMOUTH, PA — A 34-year-old man was nabbed in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia after fleeing the scene of a robbery gone awry in Plymouth township early Friday morning, police say.

Police responded to the Extended Stay America on Irwins Lane just before 5 a.m. for a report of a disturbance and once there, officers found a 30-year-old man "suffering from a gunshot wound to the hand" and he was transported by the Plymouth Community Ambulance Association to Jefferson Abington Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to Plymouth police.

Detectives investigating the shooting, learned the suspect was "alleged to have stolen money and other property" from the man and his associates, and after a fight in the underground parking garage, then he drove away in a stolen pickup truck, police said.

Bullock was the only person who was sought as a suspect in the shooting investigation, according to police.

The investigation spanned five law enforcement agencies, including not only Plymouth and Philadephia police, but the Montgomery County Detective Bureau, as well as the county District Attorney’s office, and the Whitemarsh Township Police Department.

Altogether, Bullock has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault, three counts of robbery, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, and possessing an instrument of crime, as well as theft by unlawful taking, police said. Bullock, who is not supposed to be in possession of a firearm, was also charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, and firearms not to be carried without a license, according to police.

He is currently awaiting his preliminary arraignment.
