Poll Results: Brittingham's Named Top Spot to Celebrate St. Patrick's Day

The votes have been counted: checked once, twice, thrice; tabbed, tallied, ticked off; dimpled chads poke through, every precinct accounted for.

With the holiday less than 24 hours away, Plymouth Whitemarsh Patch the best place in the area to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. The Germantown Pike bar—known for its all-you-can-eat crab legs as much as its pints of Guinness—won in a landslide, grabbing 75 percent of the vote.

“If you’re lucky enough to be Irish,” an old saying goes, “You’re lucky enough.” Today, Brittingham’s is most definitely lucky enough.
