The in Plymouth Meeting is in the midst of a month of new lunch and dinner specials that will run through May 30th.
The restaurant's website lists new lunch features as Carne Asada Flatbread, Greek Salad, Wood Fired Corvina Sandwich and Vine Ripened Tomato Spaghettini. The site also calls attention to the Porchetta Sandwich, with "Italian seasoned slow roasted pork loin, aged provolone cheese and broccoli raab pesto," and the Tres Leche cake for dessert.
For dinner, Redstone is now offering Carne Asada Flatbread, Greek Salad, Vine Ripened Tomato Spaghettini, Tournedos Oscar with jumbo lump crab and bearnaise sauce, and Seared Diver Scallops.
