Road Rage Shooting On I-476, Manhunt Underway

State police said the suspect was last seen fleeing on the Schuylkill Expressway.

WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — A man was shot while driving his car as part of an apparent road rage incident on I-476 in West Conshohocken Thursday morning, state police said.

The incident occurred at about 9:46 a.m. on the ramp from Matsonford Road off of the northbound lanes of the highway.

The victim said that a man inside a white Chevrolet Impala fired three gunshots into the passenger side of his victim's car as they hit the ramp, according to authorities.

The gunshots did not hit the victim and no injuries were reported.

A witness said that the Impala had dark tinted windows and a Pennsylvania license plate.

The shooter was described as between 35 to 40 years old, and was last spotted fleeing westbound on I-76.
