Runner Found Mysteriously Dead In Park In Whitemarsh, Reports Say

A runner was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a Montgomery County park on Wednesday night, according to multiple media sources.

The man was running with a group of his friends at Fort Washington State Park in Whitemarsh Township when he became separated from the group, per NBC 10.

Investigators are speculating he became disoriented due to the heat and fell down a ravine, reports state.

It took crews an hour to find his body, Fox29 reported.

His identity is not yet known.

An autopsy will be done to determine the cause of death, reports state.
