SEPTA Regional Rail To Run Late Night On New Years Eve
Residents from the suburbs will now have a safe option for getting home late at night.

PHILADELPHIA, PA - SEPTA announced a modified schedule plan for New Years Eve: trains will run well into the late night for those celebrating the holiday around the suburbs and the city.
Regional Rail will run on a regular weekday schedule with special late night service as listed here.
The last train leaves 30th Street station at 1:43 a.m. to arrive in Norristown at 2:37 a.m.

The late night New Year’s Eve schedule includes added late night trains to Chestnut Hill East, Chestnut Hill West, Elwyn, Fox Chase, Lansdale, Malvern, Marcus Hook, Elm Street (Manayunk/Norristown Line), Warminster, and West Trenton.
Please note: the Market St. Convention Center entrance will remain open until 2:00 a.m. Friday, January 1, 2016 to accommodate customers returning from the New Year’s Eve fireworks.

All stations will be open during regularly scheduled hours on Thursday, December 31, SEPTA announced.
Ticket offices at 30th Street, Suburban, and Jefferson Stations will remain open until 2:00 a.m. on New Year’s Eve and will operate from 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. on New Year’s Day.
Warminster, Marcus Hook, Media, Paoli, Lansdale, Norristown, Cornwell Heights, and Fox Chase stations will operate from 7:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. New Year’s Day.
On New Year’s Day, a Saturday, all trains will operate on a Sunday schedule.
