SOUTHERN CROSS KITCHEN TO HOST FIVE COURSE BEER & FOOD PAIRING DINNER

Goose Island Beer Dinner Scheduled for January 21

The holidays may be over but the celebrating hasn’t stopped at Southern Cross Kitchen in Conshohocken! The Southern-inspired restaurant from renown owners Kim Strengari and Marianne Gere, will be hosting an exclusive five course beer and food pairing dinner on Wednesday, January 21 at 7 PM (ET).

Designed for the true beer aficionado, this premier event will include the following Goose Island beers: Lolita, Sofie, Matilda, Ten Hills Pale Ale, and Bourbon County Coffee Stout. During the dinner, each beer will be meticulously paired with a special dish that was designed especially for the evening by Southern Cross Kitchen’s chef.

The cost is $70 per person and $130 per couple. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 484.344.5668.
