Leach gained national attention in February after coming to the defense of a state senator in Texas that had drawn the ire of President Trump. Leach called Trump a "fascist, loofa-faced s***-gibbon" then, and has continued his irate and eclectic jibes at the commander-in-chief ever since.

The announcement party will be held at The Radnor Hotel, located on 591 E. Lancaster Avenue in St. David's. The public is invited.
