SULLIVAN’S STEAKHOUSE TEAMS UP WITH STONE BREWING COMPANY IN FIRST EVER BEER PAIRING

Sullivan’s Steakhouse is teaming up with nationally
acclaimed Stone Brewing Co.,
in their first ever beer dinner. On Friday, March 28, 2014, Sullivan’s will debut carefully
curated cuisine from Executive Chef Eric Gantz paired with select Stone brews.



 



For $85 per
person, participants will enjoy a progressive five course menu, with each
course being perfectly paired with Stone beer. Sullivan’s Steakhouse, most
renowned for its impressive wine selection boasts big beer fans in General
Manager Tim O’Brien and Chef Gantz – who worked together on selecting each dish
and its accompanying beer.

offerings include Cured Salmon, Dungeness Crab and Avocado
Salad, Braised Veal Cheeks, Pan Seared Duck Breast and Chocolate Pecan Tart
. Seating is limited and reservations
are highly suggested.



 



“We are
excited to change things up a little bit by stepping away from our usual wine
dinners,” says Chef Gantz.

Beer Dinner will begin at 6 pm on Friday, March 28, 2014. Tickets may be
