A man broke into a local supermarket on Christmas Eve, stealing numerous items, police said.
PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, PA — A man broke into a local supermarket on Christmas Eve, stealing numerous items, police said.
The incident occurred at the Giant on 2450 Chemical Road at around 7:47 p.m. on Dec. 24.
The man entered the store through a door that had been left unlocked, even though the store was closed, according to authoriites.

Security footage shows the suspect, a white man, carrying several items out of the store, getting into a white car, and driving away.
He tripped a security alarm going in, which alerted police.
