Online bidding will open Friday, September 25, 2026, at 10 a.m. and is scheduled to close beginning Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 10 a.m. Pre-registration, including a signed Terms and Conditions of Sale, a signed Online Bidding Form and a deposit, is required at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled close of the auction.

Funds must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled end of the auction. Credit card authentication does not satisfy this requirement. Buying power will be four times the amount of the deposit. All unspent deposits will be refunded within 72 business hours following the conclusion of the auction.






If a bid is placed with less than one minute remaining, the bidding period will extend so that one minute remains for competing bids. Once no further bidding activity occurs, the sale closes when the time runs out. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to all bids to determine the total purchase price.
