Unique Mentoring Organization Seeks Plymouth Volunteers

The group is looking for volunteers who want to make an immediate and lasting difference in the lives of children.

Be the inspiration a student has always looked for. As we celebrate National Mentoring Month in January, we invite you to attend a Volunteer Orientation and learn more about this very special program. RSVP is seeking volunteers especially in Abington, Cheltenham, Ambler, Plymouth Whitemarsh, Willow Grove, Huntingdon Valley, Hatfield, North Penn/Lansdale, and Lower Merion.

If you are interested in working with students in a virtual environment, consider becoming a tutor in RSVP’s My Free Tutor program, a new and creative online way to help high school students and military veterans learn math. Mentors/Tutors work directly with students during online sessions to learn at their own pace.

Sessions are based on class syllabus, textbook and are supported and followed by the teacher. With a solid foundation in math, students can explore a variety of career choices in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
