VIDEO: How Low Will Gas Prices Go In Plymouth?
Prices continue to plummet around the area. It's the cheapest gas has been in the Philadelphia area in over a decade, AAA says.

Gas prices continue to precipitously drop around the country, around Pennsylvania, and around town.
The average gas price in Pennsylvania first dipped below $2.00 on January 30, AAA announced.
Prices in Chester and Montgomery County have remained steadily in the low $1.90 range on average, with several local pumps selling in the $1.80s.

And the gas price average in the Philadelphia five-county area officially dropped below the $2/gallon mark on February 7 for the first time in over a decade, AAA said.
The last time the state’s average gas price dropped below $2 per gallon was December 2, 2004.

Experts predict that gas prices will rise into the summer as more cars hit the roads and refinery maintenance begins. However, the low prices should continue through the cold weather due to lower demand.
So just how low can gas prices go before they start to rise again? In some places, experts theorize, it could fall below a dollar.
