More Details Released After Body Found In Plymouth

Authorities are investigating after a man was found dead from stab wounds in a Plymouth Township parking lot Monday night.

PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, PA -- Authorities continue to investigate after a man was found dead in a Plymouth Township parking lot Monday night.

The body was found inside a vehicle that was running with its windshield wipers on in a Ridge Pike parking lot. Police arrived to the shopping center lot after getting a call from a person in the area who saw the body at about 6 p.m.

The body had stab wounds when it was discovered, according to NBC.

Footage obtained by 6ABC shows two men entering the vehicle, a Buick LaCrosse sedan, at about 5 p.m. After a few moments, the two men run away, now holding a backpack. As they flee, the brake lights go on and off and the car starts to slowly roll across the lot.

A homicide investigation is underway, and has reportedly expanded to a nearby Outback Steakhouse.
