Whipple-McFeely Team Recognized with Coldwell Banker Preferred Top 2015 Team Award

Coldwell Banker Preferred is proud to announce that the Jeanne Whipple-Kristin McFeely Team, which is affiliated with the Old City office, has been named the No. 1 team companywide. In addition, they were named by NRT LLC as the No. 1 team in Pennsylvania and nationally, they were ranked as the No. 8 team in selling units and the No. 10 team in total units. NRT is the parent company of Coldwell Banker Preferred with nearly 800 offices across the U.S.

The Jeanne Whipple-Kristin McFeely Team, locally known as the Philly Home Girls, also includes Deirdre Affel, Griffin Affel, Zoe Draper, Sheena Marziano and Stefanie Zuccarini.

Locally, they were also presented with the companywide awards for Top Team in Most Buyer Controlled Sales and Title Capture Award for Teams.
