Whipple-McFeely Team Recognized with Coldwell Banker Preferred Top 2016 Team Award

Philly Home Girls Awarded Top Team Honor in Real Estate Sales for 2016

David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, is proud to announce that the Whipple-McFeely Team, which is affiliated with the Old City office, has been named the No. 1 team companywide for 2016. In addition, among all Coldwell Banker teams in the state of Pennsylvania, they are the No. 1 team for total sales and total units.

The Whipple-McFeely Team, locally known as the Philly Home Girls, includes founding agents Jeanne Whipple and Kristin McFeely, Deirdre Affel, Zoe Fox, Sheena Marziano, Stefanie Zuccarini and Carly Harris.

In addition to the Coldwell Banker Preferred Top Team Award for 2016, the Whipple-McFeely Team earned the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier Team Award, which ranks the team in the top 4% of the nearly 2,800 Coldwell Banker sales teams in the U.S. and Canada. Locally, they were also presented with the companywide award for Top Team in Most Buyer Controlled Sales.
