Whitemarsh Township Recognizes 33-Year Employee

The Barbara Beaty retired after holding several positions with the township.

 

The Whitemarsh Township Board of Supervisors offered a commendation to Barbrar Beaty, who is retiring after 33 years of service to Whitemarsh Township.

According to board of supervisors chairman Robert Hart, Beaty started her career in 1980 as a part-time secretary in the parks and recreation department, and also worked as a sewer billing clerk , secretary in license and billings and as the secretary of the fire marshal.

Hart referred to Beaty as “a fixture” of the township.
