Woman Hit By Her Own Car In Plymouth Township Parking Lot: Cops
A woman was hit by her own car as she exited it in a Plymouth Township parking lot Thursday.

PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, PA -- A woman was hospitalized after she was hit by her own car as she exited it in a Plymouth Township parking lot Thursday, police said.
The incident occurred in the lot at 550 Brook Road in the Conshohocken section of the township at around 9:04 a.m. on April 20, according to authorities.
The woman, 52, was exiting her car when it somehow hit her and severely injured her.

Police did not say if the car's brake failed or if the victim had not placed the vehicle in park.
She was treated at the scene by Plymouth Community Ambulance and airlifted to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center by PennStar.

The accident is being investigated by the Plymouth Township Police Department Highway Patrol Unit. Anyone who may have witnessed the accident is asked to contact the Plymouth Township Police at 610-279-1901.
