79-Year-Old Man Killed In Shootout With PA State Police: Reports
A 79-year-old man who was reportedly threatening law enforcement was killed in a shoot out with state police Monday morning.

A 79-year-old man in York County was killed after a shootout with state troopers on Monday morning, according to multiple media reports.
Lancaster Online reports that the man, who has not yet been identified, may have had mental health issues.
The incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. on the 200 block of Hollow Road in Hopewell Township, the York Daily Record reports. The man had called 911 threatening law enforcement, reports state.

Fox43 reports that the man opened fire at troopers when they arrived at his residence. Police fired back and hit the man.
He died later in the morning from his injuries.
