• Limerick man sent to prison for causing fatal Route 422 crash while DUI (pottsmerc.com subscription) — A Limerick Township man has been sentenced to 4–10 years in state prison for a 2025 Route 422 crash that killed another driver, who later died at Pottstown Hospital. Prosecutors said he'd been drinking earlier at Sly Fox Brewing in Pottstown and was driving nearly 100 mph before the collision.
