
One-on-one and group boxing and fitness training with an amateur level boxer. Programs include movement training, weight training, core strengthening, defense skills, throwing all punches; all in all, learning everything about the scientific method of boxing.
I can come to Pottstown, Boyertown, Harleysville, Perkiomen areas, preferably a gym or outdoor space.
