Join the personal care and memory community at Keystone Villa at Douglassville to kick off the 2nd annual Memory Walk and celebration of its memory care community on Thursday, June 18, at 1152 Ben Franklin Highway E.
Take part in a virtual dementia experience from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Preregistration is required, as spots are limited. Sign up by June 15.
From 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., guests will enjoy live music, giveaways, desserts, and coffee. Jennelle Jamison, resident care director and certified trainer and coach in Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care dementia care philosophy, will give a dementia-focused presentation, followed by A FOX Stronger Living demonstration with FOX Rehabilitation. Guests are also invited to tour the memory care neighborhood and its enclosed garden.
Donations will be accepted for the Alzheimer’s Association.
