I found this recipe for chocolate bourbon pecan pie while poking around on a food blog earlier this year and have brought it to gatherings several times. It is rich with pecans and deep chocolate and it’s rounded out with a splash of bourbon. I recommend using semi-sweet chocolate and a good pie crust, because it’s worthy of one. Did I mention that it suspiciously easy to make?
