Colebrookdale Railroad To Hold Sensory-Friendly Train Ride
The railroad is partnering with CHOP to raise autism awarness.

POTTSTOWN, PA — The Colebrookdale Railroad will host a special sensory-friendly train ride this weekend to help raise awareness for autism.
The event will begin at the railroad out in Boyertown on Saturday, Oct. 6 at around 10 a.m. The train leaves at 11 a.m.
The scenic, hour and 45 minute round trip journey to Pottstown and back will run at a reduced speed to minimize noise, organizers said. In addition, staff members from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s Center for Autism Research will be on board to provide support for riders and to answer questions about autism research and services.
