Employment Opportunity: Family Services of Montgomery County, PA -- Medical Case Managers
Two (2) full-time, experienced medical case managers to work with HIV/AIDS individuals. Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field required. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance. Positions require computer experience and the ability to maintain detailed records and data entry into a specialized database. One position is based in our Pottstown Office, while the other is based in our Eagleville Office.
