Lower Pottsgrove Man Wanted For DUI: Cops

LOWER POTTSGROVE, PA — A Lower Pottsgrove man is wanted by police for driving under the influence and related charges, authorities said.

Jourdan Anthony Harper, 21, was arrested on April 27 following an incident on 300 Armand Hammer Boulevard.

Police said Harper was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over. Shortly before it was pulled over, police saw the car stop and Harper get out of the driver's seat and move into the passenger seat.

When the car was stopped, officers said it had a "strong smell of marijuana."

Harper then failed subsequent field sobriety tests, authorities said, and marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found on him.

A preliminary hearing was set, which Harper did not appear for. An arrest warrant was issued for him on Sept. 12.
