Margarita Swartz, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Preferred Blue Bell office, completed the Business Planning and Marketing for the Residential Specialist(CRS 200) course conducted by the Council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of REALTORS®.

The CRS 200 course was conducted in Atlantic City and is one in a series of professional education sequences that must be taken by real estate agents and brokers who will eventually qualify for the coveted Certified Residential Specialist designation. The two-day course covered the preparation of business plans, marketing programs and operations budgets.
