Montco Cat Adoption Center At Risk Of Closing Due To Lack Of Volunteers

A Montgomery County cat rescue organization is in desperate need of volunteers.

A Montgomery County cat rescue organization is in desperate need of volunteers, and one of its eight adoption centers faces imminent closure if they cannot rouse up some help.

Employees at Forgotten Cats said they need volunteers for a two-hour shift per week at the organization's Pottstown adoption center, located inside the Petco on Upland Square Drive in Stowe.

The center works to bring cats in off the streets, clean, feed, and play with them, and introduce them to prospective adopters.
