Montco Man Avoids Prison After Child Porn Conviction
The man was convicted of possessing videos containing young female children earlier in the year.
NORRISTOWN, PA — A Montgomery County man convicted of child pornography charges avoided prison time this week after being sentenced to probation.
Samuel David Comeriato, 23, of New Hanover, was sentenced to four years of court supervision, court documents show. He's also prohibited from having any contact with minors and must register his address with Megan's Law databases.
Comeriato had been convicted of possessing child pornography earlier this year.

Police received a tip of an internet address viewing "female children engaged in sexual acts or in various stages of undress and sexual poses," the Times Herald originally reported.
Police traced the address to Comeriato's home and arrested him on May 12, 2022.
