Montco Man Shot Victim In Fight Over $40 Of Crack Cocaine: DA
A Montgomery County man shot another man during a fight over a $40 bag of crack cocaine, the DA said.
POTTSTOWN, PA — A Montgomery County man has been arrested for allegedly shooting another man in the arm in a fight over $40 worth of crack cocaine, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said.
Aykee Scott, 21, of Pottstown, was charged with aggravated assault in connection to the July 24 shooting, the DA said.
He also faces felony arms charges, among other counts.

During the fight, Scott allegedly shot another man in the left arm near the corner of Beach and Evans streets, the DA said. A subsequent investigation revealed the fight was over $40 of crack cocaine. Scott fled the scene after the shooting.
A preliminary hearing is set for Aug. 8.
